Using this site
These terms apply to your use of 97studios.co (the "site"), operated by 97 Studios ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
What the site is
The site tells you about our services and shows examples of our work. It is general information and not an offer. We only start a project once you and we have agreed a written quote or contract. Nothing on the site creates a client relationship or a promise of a particular result.
Our work and other people's content
The names, logos, screenshots and websites shown in our portfolio belong to their owners. We show them to illustrate our work, and they do not mean that those owners endorse us. If you own something shown here and want it changed or removed, email contact@97studios.co and we will deal with it promptly.
The text, design and code of this site are ours or used with permission. You may view the site and share its links, but please do not copy, republish or sell our content without asking first.
Acceptable use
When you use the site, please do not:
- break the law or break other people's rights;
- try to get into the site's systems, or disrupt them or other visitors;
- use automated tools to copy the site at a volume that causes harm;
- send us spam, malicious code or content that is unlawful or abusive through our forms.
Enquiries and what you send us
Information you send us through the site, email or text should be accurate and yours to share. Please do not send confidential or sensitive material until we have agreed how it will be protected, for example in a signed agreement.
